I worked with Sandra this summer for 6 weeks and lost 3 poundswithout dieting! We covered a lot of areas, like eating and weight but alsorelationships and work.I am feeling much better about myself and, thanks to her, have been ableto stop “beating myself up” and feeling guilty.
It has been interesting to learn how to watch and question my thoughts andhow to name my feelings. Sandra was so kind and patient – andsometimes insistent when it was needed!
